    Hi

Don't know if this is the right forum but here goes: my hair used to be thick enough and for the last few years it's been getting so thin, especially at the crown of my head.

Anyone know of treatments or tips on getting it to bulk up a bit? Any advice would be so much appreciated.

    Thanks
    Michelle

Rogaine/Regaine - whatever its called these days.

A hairpiece - though I get the impression that youa re not quite there yet.

A stylish hat or headpiece - very fashionable.

Most importantly, dont forget suncream on those sunny days

I'm not a guy!! So a toupe is not an option :)

I was thinking more along the lines of treatments or special shampoos or something?

My bad. But women wear wigs too. A different hairstyle for every day of the week :D

    Rogaine is your only man/woman

  • I have the same problem. My hair looks fairly normal, but it used to be SO much thicker - I remember a few years ago I needed two bobbins for a ponytail because one would snap, my hair was so heavy. I'm not used to the thinness at all and I hate it - I hate the way it looks so 'piecy' when even slighly greasy :( I've seen a range of treatments in Boots for a reasonable price - shampoos, sprays, conditioners, but haven't tried any myself. It might be worth a try?

my wife last year had the same problem, after some advice from her hairdresser, that was to wash it in only baby shampoo, and not use any hair spray,it has now filled out in volume and very shiny/healthy-worth a try
