Bargain purchase from Amazon

OK, I put this on the Tech forum, and obviously it's in the wrong place, so I'm trying for help here. :D
I need to buy a new adaptor cable for a Toshiba laptop. The price on the Toshiba site (Ireland and UK) is around €60/£55. Amazon's Computer Trading, which appears to have an excellent reputation, is selling what they describe as genuine Toshiba adaptor cables for around £19. Is this 'too good to be true?' or is it likely that I could get a genuine article so much cheaper on Amazon? Any advice please?

Is this an actual power supply, or just the cable?

If it's a power supply, then £19 will not be genuine, it's likely a knockoff. There may not be anything wrong with that.

If Computer Trading is a seller on Amazon Marketplace, then they ave nothing to do with Amazon. It's just like eBay.
