    Well done to blorg coming in second in the bunch gallop this evening. Great result and narrowly missed out on the win by less than half a wheel!

    My first race in semi-scratch didn't go so well. Got tangled up in a crash about 2k in to the race. Took a bit of a knock and a bit scratched up but managed to stay upright.

    Absolutely killed myself trying to get back on to the bunch but just couldn't regain contact - an Usher rider saw me trying to get back on, dropped off the bunch and tried to pace me back on but I could barely hold his wheel and didn't make it back on. Fair play to him anyway - wish i knew who it was so I could say thanks!

    Later realised I'd bent a spoke and my wheel was rubbing on the brake pads fairly badly. Did a lap and hung around to see the finish.
