Grounds to sue/compensate?

I have court date to get access with my son set next week. My ex and my father together prevented me access in recent weeks. Brought child for psychiatric evaluation behind me back etc. Ok long story of all the ins and out but thankfully I am getting to see my son every day this week through sheer persistance, have a very good solicitor and tables are turning and although they tried to alienate the child he is re.connecting.

I have no idea how I will pay all my legal costs. I have also been subjected to horrific stress that no mother should have to endure, been accused wrongly of being unfit, been bullied, emotionally tortured passively - my son's been affected by this. Although I am not 'surprised' at my father (have not had realtionship with him in 2 years because of his agressive, abusive behaviour) I am shocked that he could do this.
Before you ask I am the most accomodating person, shared 50:50 access with my ex (verbally between us) and my son has a relationship with his grandfather, sees plenty of him. I can't look for work at present because of all this & it has been very difficult to live a normal life sleep is hard enough. I never even went for maintenance from ex. These two men have tortured me for years but foolishly I thought I was done with them both 16 months ago.

Will ask solicitor but is there any grounds I can apply for costs or sue my father for what I've been put through and what he did? I'm already in debt since my separation.

I am sorry to read this and have to close the thread. The forum charter does not allow for this type of advice.

Can you chat to your solicitor please.

Superfluous advice on these matters is not great.

    Thanks,
    Tom
