    Has anyone here recieved funding from the student assistance fund if so how much do you generally recieve?

    I think I got this when I was in collage. Was 100 per month more or there abouts.

    There ws also another one were you could get your expenses refunded. With all this recession malarky i'd say they might be tightening up on this sort of thing

    ye i got it last year (final year) - though i was a fool to not apply before that. its great - you do an interview and they make a budget of all your income and outgoings and watever amount you are minus they use that figure to give you a weekly allowance. But you get two lump sums one in nov and one in march. I got 1200 first time then 700 next.
