    Does anyone know how to make bombay mix?Or at least the lentils for it?I love the stuff and I've been trying to find a recipe for ages

    2/3 cup pretzel sticks thin 3 tablespoons butter
    1 each garlic clove crushed 1/3 cup almonds unblanched 1/3 cup pine nuts
    1/3 cup cashew nuts unsalted 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    1/3 cup raisins, seedless
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    Directions

    Break pretzels into 1" sticks.
    Melt butter in a skillet.
    Add garlic in butter, then stir in almonds, pine nuts and cashews.
    Add Worcestershire sauce, curry powder and chili powder and mix well.
    Stir in pretzels and cook gently over medium heat 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Remove from heat.
    Add raisins and salt; mix well. Turn mixture into a serving dish and cool.
    Makes about 2 cups.

    Cheers,still not the right one though.It's the hardest recipe to find.I mainly want to find out how to do the lentils in it.I buy the stuff and search for the spicey lentils in it but can't figure out how to make them like that?
