    Hi all

Are you seen as a share holder in a LTD if you are not a director? is this public info?

    Cheers

Yes you can be a shareholder and not be a director. Check the annual return of the company to see who is a share holder and who is a director

Both Directors and Shareholders should be recorded on the Company's Annual Return which is a matter of public record.

People can hold shares "in trust" for others, companies often do this if they do not want to disclose the real shareholders of their companies
