minor playing senior

Just wondering if a minor is excluded from playing junior if he has played senior championship ? I belive that a minor can play at both junior and senior while still playing minor, but maybe not. Is this rule decided by the county or croke park. Thanks

Simple answer you cant play junior after playing senior no exceptions
