I've heard that at least one bike manufacturer is running out of 2009 stock, and is therefore planning on bringing forward 2010 models.

Is this unusual? What's the normal timing of these changes?

In terms of groupset changes, the only stuff I can think is imminent is arrival of Campag Athena 11 and revised SRAM Force.

You usually start seeing stuff being announced towards the end of the summer and coming into the shops later on in the year.

There's new Campag wheels on the way too I believe.

Ah so it is. You'd be a bit nuts though, since Chorus 11 is available for £50 less.
