HSE Cutbacks

So, I saw the first case of where a patient went from having an operable condition to an inoperable condition today due to cutbacks. Overtime was cut so investigations and procedures couldn't be done in time. Just wondering if other people have seen similar things. For obvious confidentiality reasons I can't give details.
