Hi there,

Im looking for advice about a mass emailing system. I am working in an organisation that has nearly 1000 members who I email perhaps 5-10 times a week. Currently we have customised mass emailing software that allows us to send emails, however should I need to send an attachment I need to revert to Outlook.

Is anyone else using something that does allow emails with attachments without using Outlook?

Any advice would be appreciated.

If all the members are in the same orginisation why dont you put on link within the email for people to browse to and download the file? Adding an attachment to 1000 people would be alot overhead and pressure on the mail system
