    I'm a 22 year old guy who is interested in getting trained in mixed martial arts. I am currently living in County Kildare and I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions where I may get started??

    If you are in kildare and drive dublin would be yer best bet, SBG,Kokoro,Rush. All good clubs that have been producing good fighters for a while now

    If your anywhere near the Naas area you couldnt go far wrong by checking out berserkers

    Word is a MMA club is starting in Newbridge early December, Keep an eye out here for an update.

    Berskerers? Where's that? I'm going to try take it up in January and will more than likely be going to SBG as I'll be working in town so its handy for me but am looking for suggestions also before I actually make a decision
