Focuser collimation, Newtonian

Hi folks, I think my focusser collimation is off. When my focuser is racked out the secondary looks nice and concentric, but as I move it in it appears to become non concentric. I think maybe it is still non concemtric while racked out but it just doesn't appear so That's got to be focuser? Not secondary position? But…

That's got to be focuser? Not secondary position? But maybe it could be...

I got it perfectly collimated, used a sight tube and autocollimator.
I tweaked the focuser a little bit, but mostly secondary and primary needed attention.
