Circuit Training for Triathlon

Been gymming for years now but have been getting more and more into tri for the last three years.

I'm looking to change my 3 day split weight sessions to circuits 3 days a week to supplement my tri training. I can't stay bulky and train for tri so opting for tri.

Any suggestions from athletes who use circuit based programmes to supplement their tri regimes?

Looking to maintain good solid muscle, not build bigger. I know I'll lose some mass but I'm fine with that. I just don't want to waste away completely.

First off, I wouldn't class myself as an athlete so you can take this with a pinch of salt. I use workouts from here to supplement my training for Triathlon and MA. I find them very tough and varied so no chance of boredom.
