You might check with the registrar of electors to see who is registered to that address.

If it is a building complex would it not be possible to find out from the management company?
In the case of housing estates maybe you could contact the estate agents?

    There are a few ways.

If you google the address or search for it on limerickcity.ie you will invariably find a planning application.

If the house is rented the landlord has to register with the Private Residential Tenancies board http://www.prtb.ie/pubregister.htm

This is searchable by county. If the house is indeed rented and on this list the PTRB may be able to tell you the owner. If this house is rented but not registered contact the PTRB and they mill take it from there.

The Thom's Directories is another very good way. After a cursory glance at the website Limerick commercial is availalable online but you may have to purchase a CD for Limerick residential http://www.thoms.ie/content/index.asp

The earlier suggestion of the register of electors will only work if the landlord is still registered at that address. Maybe ask nicely at your local Garda station?
    Good luck!
