How to remove "contacts not on your list" list on icq?

    I go in privacy settings and there is list of my friends i have on list with those options for block,invisible....but below is an other list with people i've blocked or put on invisible,is there a way to remove it while if i already removed them why i need to see who i have deleted at all?

    Its been a long time since I used IRC (I miss it, used to run a few IRC servers!) but what application are you using? mIRC? And your trying to remove what exactly?

    I am using icq 6.5 version and trying to remove list of people i've already deleted which appears in privacy settings,like in msn
