    Quick domain question please.

I want to register a domain & get some hosting via yourselves for a website of a friend.

This website will be using the surname of the individual. It will be used to promote her business but NO business transactions will be on the site, it wil be a blog type affair with some advertising

Do I have to get an RBN for her or can I just go with discretionary name of individual... I rang the helpline but they weren't sure

    Thanks

RBN is about the only way you'll get a surname - (or first name)
