1. looking for my first apartment with gf to rent in malahide. anyone any experience/stories etc on Robswall or Castleheath, we are looking at both areas. 2. when renting what is the story with management fees? who would normally pay? us or the landlord? just so i know Thanks

I'm in Portmarnock so not familiar with those developments. However it is the landlord's responsibility to pay the management fees.
