    Just a very quick question I'd appreciate your opinion:

    If your car is stolen and they keys were still in it - in general (not looking for legal advice just your general opinion) would you be insured (under 3rd party fire and theft/comprehensive insurance)

    I'd say no - the onus is on the insured to take reasonable care.
