42" DVB-T LCD TV aldi (cant contact tevion after sales)

    hi I cant get trough to after sales
    these are the numbers i have been trying
    012880222 not in service
    08712884905 uk number
    1800550461 not reachable from this region
    anyone have dealings with this B4

    3 days after buying tv the screen went blank shop replaced it due to in shop 30 day warranty.
    then the power switch started to sizzle and wouldnt turn the tv on, i was able to contact them that time and a guy came and fitted a new switch.
    this time the switch is buzzing again and telly wont turn on. dont know if this is the right tread sorry if it not.

    Hi,

    You shouldn't have a problem getting your money back, both Aldi/Lidl have a no Quibble returns policy - I returned a swivel recliner to Aldi after one of the legs cracked 3 months after purchase, depends on the warranty.

    They told me they could only offer return of payment because obviously they couldn't give me another chair! (so I bought a stressless recliner 10X price, now I'm minding it!!!)

    Personally and not condemning the brand quality but if I had the trouble you experienced with two of a particular model, I would steer clear, take my money and run...!
