    Hi folks,

posting this sort of on behalf of someone else as its a while since I went on a J1 so i wasnt sure of the answer. Basically they booked flights to go to USA for part of the summer with their mates but they werent going to work. Now he has found out his mates have changed their mind and organised J1's etc. His problem is he had already booked flights when they changed their minds and has them paid for. Is it possible for him to organise a j1 seperately through one of the agencies, USIT or Sayit without having to book flights etc??

    Thanks.

My friend did this with go 4 less. They wernt happy about it and tried to tell him several time you couldn't do it, but he found out that there is a loop hole that if a member of your family works for an airline you don't have to book your flights with them... so he just lied and it worked grand
