Changing account name with NTL

Hi sorry if this is the wrong forum. Ive been tryin to change my details with Ntl online, the person whos name the account is under passed away but there doesnt seem to be an online facility to change it, I have tried to contact but couldnt get through after 40 mins. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I doubt you'll be able to change the name online. Most likely they'll require a copy of the death certificate to be sent to them so that they can change it over - however you'll only know for sure by speaking to them. Try ringing during off peak hours and you'll probably get through quicker.
