Based on this post alone I'd avoid them like the plague.

most people end up chasing them for refunds, they say something is in stock and then tell you after ya pay that it not and "that" special offer is over, so you have to pay top dollar of ya want that item., most just ask for a refund.

I remember seein that post when he first put it up. It was funny then and its still funny now!

But yea, my personal advice is to stick with IAA associated places because they have something to lose if they treat a customer badly. Plus they have to be decent chaps/chapettes to get there in the first place:D

Oh, and as they say, a shop is only as good as its worst dealt customer

    THERMO
Can you post when you receive your order. I'm looking at getting one -
    can't beat 142 euro for that M16VN.

OP: If you use the 'Contact Us' tab on their website, they should reply ok, did for me in the past anyway. The stock thing seems to work if you click Add to Basket and it calculates the cost through. I'd mail them first using the method I mentioned. I bought 2 MP7's off them before no problem, I checked that they were in stock beforehand though.

Cant fault this retailer at all!

I bought mad bull chrono before christmas for 70 euro only!

They have lots of good quality tactical gear and ascessories mostly GFC brand on decent prices i think they are agents for a polish company also.
Great customer service too dont know bout the bad reports ???

The infamous TM sale still lives foul in many memories, as does the excuses and general discourtesy shown to many customers and potential customers. You'll find a lot more scathing reports than you will content ones.
I'm not saying don't buy from them, but it's not recommended. The general feeling among the community is to be wary and do so at your own risk.

atrocious customer service. bought stuff twice, both times it was conincidentally forgotten because of a 'move', communications skills are lets say....lacking as well. wouldn't bother with them ever again. was going to buy the m16vn myself and then decided i wasn't going to contribute towards keeping someone like that in business.

I used the Contact Us about the PSG-1, but never got a reply.
The MP5-SD6 is tempting at that price too though...

If they have sent you an oder confirmation then they have to supply or you have grounds to take them to the small claims court. The only catch is that you have to claim in Cork.

They did the "we just sold the last one" on me when I ordered an MP7. I managed to talk them around to supplying it anyway and at the low price. I have to say I had no trouble reaching them by email or phone.

That said I would be very wary of them.
