sky+ box cant record to dvd

can anyone help.got new thomson sky+ box,last week with new white card,cant record from tv or sky to dvd recorder,it keeps coming up stop recording "macrovision",so got new sky card today.same thing,tryed it on old pace sky box records fine to dvd recorder,so think its the thomson 80gb box,as the card works fine in old sky…
