Saved by the Bell reunion!

In light of the 20th anniversary of Saved by the Bell Jimmy Fallon is leading the way with an online petition to reunite the cast. Already over 45,000 (including myself) have signed the petition. I would love to see a reunion, it was my favourite show as a kid.

Mark Paul Gosselaar was on Jimmy Fallon last night and did the full interview in character as Zack Morris. I thought it was hilarious, he even sang friends forever. I don't think a lot of child stars would be this cool.

I think sometimes its sad to see how child actors turned out once they grow up - Screech for example.

Loved Saved by the Bell ran home from school to watch along with California Dreams. Justin Lee Collins should do a show like he did for A Team and Fame.

Saved By The Bell was great.I was lucky enough that it started getting repeated a few years back otherwise I would of missed out on it.Were are all the main characters now.I know that Screech is a bit of a ponce,slater is hosting some show on MTV and I heard Jessie was a blue movie star haha.

Stinks of 80s bands (who've run out of money) getting back together, to be honest. From a quick look around IMDB....

Dustin Diamond (Screech) was on Hulk Hogan's Celebrity Wrestling, and he's still a twat.
Mario Lopez (Slater) did some soap work.
Elizabeth Berkley (Jessie) did the classic Showgirls, and managed to be out-acted by David Caruso on CSI Miami.
Lark Voorhies (Lisa) did feck all since the show.

Mark-Paul Gosselar and Tiffani-Amber Thiessen probably did the best out of all of them.

Ah reminds me of an episode of "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" - they had a former star of an '80s kids TV show. They showed clips of the high-school show where he was the butt of the blond jock's jokes (the set was in bright primary colours too) and he had a silly laugh/act - it was very clearly Screech. And then they had the Albanian mob execute him for selling pirated movies

Loved Two Guys and a Girl (and a pizza place), hilarious show! Tiffany Amber Thisesan(sorry for the spelling Tiff) was a character in the later series of the show, still VERY hot.

Van Wilder was very good too.

Amazing clip. I think Mario Lopez has actually done the best out of everyone from the show, hosted quite a few shows and was the lead in a Chorus Line in Broadway last year. Its a pity Dustin Diamond turned out as he did, would prefer a reunion without that toolbag tbh
