student accommodation in cork

Hi everybody !
I'm Mathilde, and I'm going to study the next year in UCC;
I really need help concerning student accommmodations. I have the choice between two accommodations : South Mall Court and Brookfield.

I would like to know what is the better: location but also the atmosphere, the ambiance...(to have fun !)

At a guess I would say Brookfield, its closer to the college and near enough to town and will be only students in it so prob more fun.

From experience brookfield would be a lot better, full of Students and really close to UCC.

Brookfield all the way, right beside UCC on College Road. Better atmosphere too. It is expensive though.

my expericence is nether. wouldnt go with a student acomidation at all. look on daft as there are many realy good houses and rooms for <100e weekly. student acomidation put a lot of rules and regulations on how you live etc. while they close to the college and conveient there are better if you look around

I think my choice is Brookfield; It's 380 per month (not so expensive)
At the beginning I wanted to find House sharing and I visit daft.ie but I arrive in Cork end of September so I don't think I could find better
