Fee for changing tenant on fixed term lease?

    Hi!
    Just looking for a bit of advice...
    In a 12 month lease and have 6 months to go but have to move out cause cant afford the rent. Contacted the letting agency and they agreed to let me try find someone to take over for the remaining 6 months. I found someone and he will be moving in soon but the agency says I have to pay a €95 fee for changing the name on the lease. Does anyone know if this is legit?

    The new tenancy will have to be re-registered with the PRTB, within one month of the new tenancy commencing. The registration fee is EUR70. Its entirely plausible the other EUR25 is an administration fee in the letting agency.....?
