Looking at this online, 2006 and has close to 100,000KM on the clock and some extras. Just wondering how much should someone realistically expect to pay for it? The sticker price is €21,995.

Without a trade-in and paying cash how much could someone expect to get it for?

Bought one in Feb 09 with 55,000 km on clock for €20,950.00 .Have to say they are absolutely brilliant on the juice, saving €35 a week. Used to drive a C180 2 litre petrol.

Someone on here (kceire) bought an 05 one with higher mileage lately for considerably less than that. Enough to make that one seem steep despite being a year newer

Hmmm I'd say a good bit cheaper. I was (very temporarily) considering putting mine on the market there but decided against it (as previous posters said it's a great car, terrific on mileage).

I would have taken around €19k for it if I had gone ahead with it, and that is exactly the same mileage. I think I know the one you are looking at, and it has more features than it.

Sounds really over priced to me, but it's around the book value.

We had a 2006 320d SE back with 165,000km. Book value with that mileage was around €16,500. Best bid we had was €11,100 so shows how far off the guide is.

We didn't sell at €11,100 as it's worth more than that. I'd say €17,500 - €18,000 with close to 100,000km on.

i bought a 2005 model (same shape as the 06) with 100k miles on it but all fully documented, from the original PDI check to the most recent service. bought new and maintained in Joe Duffy BMW, and it was traded back into Duffy's for an 09 520d, but because of its mileage it didnt make the premium line :D

it has full black dakota leather, multi function steering wheel, front fogs, 6 CD changer in Boot, BMW professional radio with MP3 support (means the song names appear on screen), ipod connection, rear PDC, and then the usual electrics, AC etc etc

advertised at just over 14k and i hard balled the sale to get it for 10,900! then got 200e back as i sold the upgraded 16" wheels back to the dealer (they needed a full set of RFT's too).

cracking car, even before my remap :D
you should be able to get 2-3k off the marked price on a car at that kinda price.
