Can anyone tell me how Wiggle vouchers work in practice

I'm looking at doing the 'refer a friend' thing for someone looking to buy a bike + kit - I would get vouchers for 10% of their order

the website says these are valid for 90 days, but are they used as a % off future orders?

Here's another one, worth £5 to someone.

    WHHFS-ZJNDH

E-mail says I only have to order £25 to use it, so good luck with it.

You place an order on the site.
You then refer a friend who places an order for say €1000.
Wiggle then issue you a voucher for €100 which you can us against orders within the 90 days.
