    Hi All,

I guess this post is geared to everyone but Id love to hear from some of the people that are in business a long time..

What do ye do when you just get tired of the same old same old in your business life? Has anyone done something to spice it up or make changes. Im two years in this particular business and though I love the work there are many aspects of the business I dont enjoy.. Anyone else in a similar mindset right now, especially with the R an all..

Yeah, dabble in a passion filled business area.
But don't take you're eye off the ball in your current one.

2 reasons why people get the blues

    1: Business is failing.
2: Becomes less fun more like a job.

    Solutions
1: Usually happens because you don't have a clear plan/strategy, take the down time to work on your business plan. Done right business plans are a step by step guide to running your business with directions and goals. They can also be very empowering and give you a renewed lust for your business.

2: Focus your energy in the areas of the business you like doing and hire someone to do the tasks you don't like.

Take a break and go on Holiday. I think that getting away from it all is a great way to recharge the batteries.
