    Hi Guys,
I was just wondering if there is anything to say you cant offer a bonus to an agency if you are sucessful applying for a job through them?
They might take a little more notice of you and put you forward for the companies consideration if this sweetiner was available to them.

    Any views?:D

Unless things have changed, they already get a pretty big percentage of the employee's salary, a lot more than what would be worth your while to offer them. If they can't place you with that incentive, then your bonus won't make much difference.
