Employment offer agreement form

Im going to America for the summer as part of the J1 and have a job lined up. Im just wondering about the "Employment Offer Agreement Form". Is it essential and will they look to see it at immigration. It is too late to send it to the employer to get them to fill it out cause i go in 5 days. Any help appreciated DM
