    Lads,

Am I right in my assumption that if you work in oz of 2 years you can claim your tax back for both years.

To simplify, I work in oz last year and claimed my tax back now its nearly that time again, there is no barrier to me doing it again is there?

    Cheers

And what about if you are sponsered by a company?

Are you a resident for tax purposes?

once you get paid during 08-09 you need to file a tax return
and that thread will answer the resident for tax
