Car crash dispute

My sister was involved in a car crash this evening, that looks like it will turn into a dispute:

Basically what happened was, she was driving behind a car that slowed and pulled into the left. We live in an estate where that is common practice and she began to overtake/drive on. The car then swung to the right into a drive and hit into her car.

The driver of the other car claimed he had indicated but she saw no indicator, unless he indicated just as he swung to the right which was too late.

I am just looking for opinions on the party at fault, and any others whose been in this situation! Thanks

Prob not what you wantto hear but that to me sounds like a 50/50 your sister should have given reasonable space to expect the unexpected
