Going to Take That in Croke Park, our tickets are in the 'Press Area' and we're in the Hogan Stand-Premium Level. The internet's been useless, can't find where we are at all  And also want to know what the Press Area and the Premium Level consists of??

Hogan Premium level view below, premium level has around 12 rows of seats.

Facilities aren't really anything special, pay bars and a selection of places to eat from sit down meal to burger in the hand. There is a fair bit of seating around the bars and restaurants, all in all its nothing out of the ordinary bearing in mind your talking about something which was designed around 20 years ago.

The ticketmaster website has a layout so you can see what part of the ground you're in. If it's 'Press Area' I imagine that would be fairly central.

    Hey,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the advantage is of press area tickets because I have got too and apparently they are the best tickets in the house... What makes them so special cuz the seats are not that good!

    Hi,

Am going to Take That tomorrow but ended up with a different ticket than 2 of my friends. (their sitting and im standing) Does anyone have experience with trying to move around? Is it very strict or do you think their might be away to get them into standing with tthe rest of us?

    Thanks!

I'm afraid it's pretty tight. They can't just let people onto the pitch or people will get crushed.

What you could do is the old pass-back trick. Borrow two standing tickets from somebody in the the standing area, bring it out... you and your buddies stroll in.

Although you'd wanna scope it out first. Sometimes there are measures put in place to stop that kinda stuff.

The two of your friends could walk in. Then one of your friends meets you outside with the two ticket stubs. Then you both walk in again and three of you are now inside. Thats what I did last time U2 were playing.

I dont think so but Im sure if you ask one of the staff there they would be able to help you.Theres bound to be a service elevator or something...I know that for soccer matches there are lifts up to the premium section but Im not sure what the situation is with concerts. Not much help I know, maybe people will be able to give you more information...also just to add a question...Do they sell beer at these concerts.I know for the rugby matches they do but for the soccer matches they dont, are you able to bring it out to the stand? thanks

Every concert varies at U2 vertigo they would not let us bring beer back to our seats but maybe you might have to slaughter a few before you sit or bring a hip flask

I think the organisation at Croke Park was absolutely crap! There were about 10 people( including me and my boyfriend) and we were standing outside for an hour until they finally decided where to put us!
They told us press area was closed that day so they have to put us somewhere else! I mean why do they give away press area tickets then when that area is closed anyway??? Soo stupid!!!
