    Judge Tosses Crunchberry
    Lawsuit

(MYFOX NATIONAL) - A woman lost her case against the makers of Cap'n Crunch with Crunchberries. Janine Sugawara claimed she was deceived by the cereal’s marketing and packaging. She claimed she had been eating the cereal for four years under the assumption that the Crunchberries were in fact real berries.

I wonder, under what circumstances did this woman finally realize that crunchberries weren't real berries? When she went to Home Depot looking for Crunchberry plants? Has someone told her that Cap'n Crunch isn't a real captain? If not, this may not be the last we hear of her....

    In other news:
A Californian woman took a moronic court case this week to prove that she is without a doubt, one of the stupidest, most gullible people on the entire west coast of America.

    Janine Sugawara sued cereal company.......

Oh wait that's not other news, that's the exact same story.

Does this mean my case against the estate of Roald Dahl re: the Snozberries is now dead?

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

Americans (and plenty of other people) spend time thinking of how they can sue a company, even if that means showing themselves up as morons.

There was an American who drove down a motorway at 60mph in a campervan, he set the cruise control and got out of the drivers set to make a cup of tea. The camper crashed (surprise surprise) and he sued the company who made the campervan as it did not say in the manual that you cant get out of the seat while the vehicle is moving. He won thousands of dollars.

I'm surprised nobody has ever sued the company who makes Polos, becuase their mints are much smaller than other varieties in terms of mass.
