I've gone through the results to date on RTÉ http://www.rte.ie/news/elections/local/

It would seem that FG will be the largest part in most councils, with simple (50% of seats) or actual majorities in 5. Labour will be the largest party on 5 councils, FF on 2, SF 1 and both Waterford City and North Tipperary will have independents as the larest groups. Donegal is still up in the air.

It looks like FG only, FG+Labour, FG+Other and Lab+Other coalitions will have control of the vast majority of councils.
