Hi eveyone, I know that there is the Millrace Carlton and I think the Palace Gym in bunclody. I want to loose weight and tone up. I need a kick in the ass and motivation, anyone have any info on either ? Rgds Carolinei

I believe that if you contact any of the gyms in the area they would advise you on a program or assign you a personal trainer. Take care.

i was in the millrace , basic gym and pool but extremely overpriced and not flexible on payment terms, what about mt wolesly or the new golf resort in bunclody?
