All those tickets probably amounted to a stiff fine.

    Get out. :pac:

It's like something out of Police Squad.

Luietenant Frank Drebbin " Somebody's going to have a lot of fines to pay"

Ed(looking in the window) It's a body Frank.

    Drebbin: No it's somebody, Ed.

NYC Woman Believes Her Father Lay Dead Inside His Car For Weeks While Police Wrote Tickets Over And Over

Basically he was in plain view inside the car - and they never noticed him.

    Poor guy.

Its unfair to say it was the Police mans fault.

Of corpse its easy to miss someone sitting in car.

They totally knew he was in there. Just think of all the paperwork they would have to do if they made a fuss about it.

Goes to show the interest, vigilance and calibre of those who issue tickets.

NYC is a very fast moving city...lots of people take a nap in their cars..it's just a way of life.

I've fallen asleep a couple of times in my car in NYC for various reasons(mostly alcohol related and in the back/passenger seat)

    **** happens.

Yeah i passed out locked years ago in my car with the engine running. I had it on for heat I wasnt actually going anywhere. Woke up with two parking fines and a fat prostitute.

This story may be only 50% true. She wasnt a prostitute.
