have to say it was nothing compared to global gathering in 05 or hi fi in 06. they wer the last festivals i went to and i went to this with high expectations and i was disappointed. the line up wasnt great. it was badly organised. if there was proper competition for planetlove people would see that it wasnt really as good as it could or should have been. i agree though ferry was awesome

First time going, was very impressed by some of the sets, spent most of my time floating between the Love tent and GoodGrief:D

Fave sets were 1. Lisa Lashes 2. Marcel Woods 3. Kutski 4. Alex Kidd (and his crowdsurf moment in front of me:D)

Liked the Judge Jules, Dark by Design, Showtek and some of John Gibbons sets too.

Overall i really enjoyed it, my bro said last years was better and the one before better again...shame about the all day rain but hey, its Ireland after all;)

    Roll on Planetlove 2010!!

Was **** day but the music more than made up for it. spent my day hopping into every tent but the best performances.
    1. Yoji - what a crazy set was top class. started of a set with Tom Jones!!! what more needs to be said ha ha. defo the best set of the night.
    2. Markus Schossow - Brilliant set in the letrik tent with some banging tunes and also helped out by bryan kearney too which made it even better.
    3. scot project - the mans a legend and was flawless as usual.
    4.Showtek.
    5.sied van riel.

I have to say I was fairly disappointed compared to other events

we had free tickets so cant complain much but did spend alot to get across country

was very happy with Ferry Corsten and Jules. M Schulz was a bit boring

the weather was miserable downpour, and the "no mud" event turned into a mudfest :(

also there where quite a few annoying ****heads whos balls haven't dropped yet (how where they let in?) ruining the fun

compared to global gathering down in cork or creamfields back in the day or even godskitchens at the point this was fairly sucky

once again i was very unhappy with all the chavs, you just dont get that atmosphere on concerts on continent like dance valley, where people are a lot more chilled out and dont go crazy on drugs out of boredom or whatever

Tbh i wouldnt be surprised if they didnt bring it back again, although i enjoyed it alot, it seemed ticket sales were low, the "no mud" event promised like mentioned here was hard to see, due to alot of mud and puddles in the tents:(

I've been told by an old mate to look out for Escape Fest in Meath in August...got a decent lineup so far, with more to be announced.:)

Roll on the after party July 10th in Time, Naas at least it'll be dry.

was a great day out, first dance event i went to since hifi, being at homelands, creamfields and all dat years ago

if you compare to them then its a very low budget comparison, sound systems in the tents werent great, ud have to be up the front to get decent volume

had a great day and really enjoyed it, was at the main stage, irish legends and street life tent mostly.

but it could be alot bigger and better, but if the ticket sales arent there then i suppose they have to cut corners

Bryan Kearney's is on sessions.ie and Gibbons played his on his show last night I'm sure he will post it at some stage. Dont think any sets were recorded live.
