Hi All could somebody explain the categories for the masters age groups , ie M1/M2 , 35-40 ?? Im 39 now but will be 40 in oct of this year so just wondering what category I will be competing in. many thanks exm

Hi Ex Flex,

M35 = ages 35 - 39
M40 = ages 40 - 44 etc

Your age group is determined by reference to your age on the first day of the championships (or age on day of competition if it's a one-dayer).
