Whats the difference? I presume an NCT is for cars only whereas the DOE is for commercial/working vehicles i.e vans and the like? Just wondering because I'm doing a rally and in order not pay an import tax going into Mongolia we need proof that our vehicle is working class. Not too sure where this should have went so posted it here :D And thanks if you can help.

NCT is for vehicles which are registered and taxed as private cars
DOE is for vehicles which are registered and taxed as commercials

If you've a commercial taxed as a private car; you actually can't get any roadworthiness test on it at all...
