Anybody bought from Servotool.eu??

    Just looking for any information on Servotool.eu? They supply spare parts for Gardenline products that Aldi sell (eg. petrol driven Hedgetrimmers etc.) They seem to be a german company and this is the only place that I can get the spare part that I need but I don't really know anything about them or cannot find any information on the Net. I don't know how secure their site is as far as payment details security,they don't accept Paypal so I have to give them my credit card details. If anyone has dealt with them I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know as soon as possible as I have to repair machine by the end of week and have to order part within the next two days.

    jor el . . . . don't think I've mentioned anywhere in post that I "wouldn't trust them"???? Just wanting some feedback from anyone who has dealt with them.

    Implies you have some reason not to trust them.

    They are an official agent for one of the larges supermarket chains in Europe, so I'm wondering why you haven't just gone ahead and ordered, as I don't see any reason not to.

    Hi did you finally buy with servotools.

    I am a little relluctant to, because they do not post any address on their site only various phone numbers in different countries.
    In Germany all commercial sites have to post an Impressum stating who signs responsible for the content of the site , it is missing here.
    It seems to be a Dutch company

    I know that this reply is a bit late, but it might serve as a warning to others.

    I have just bought a part for the Ferm 620 SDS+ drill.

    It doesn't fit and I have been sent an RSA number to return it.

    I won't be sending it back because the part cost a very low 1.95 Euros, while postage was 18.50 Euros, which will not be refunded.

    I may have just been unlucky, I'll never know. But I won't be buying from them again.
