    You'll need to pay for a downgrade to comply with our 1 joule law, and add on approx 21.5% vat inc. shipping to final cost.

    It looks cheap on paper, but you pay for import, vat and downgrading.

    You e-mail the seller, and request a quote for a 1 joule downgrade, it is usually 10-20$.

    I usually get a 20$ or less quote, sometimes free if its a big buy or you're a regular.
