    First time doing any kind of photography in six months. Really beautiful little town up in the Tushar Mountains, south of Salt Lake City.

    I haven't taken any pictures either in the last few months. These are great, I love the way the green grass is so prominent for such a dark and dramatic image (1).

    Filter-> Distort-> Lens Correction is your friend!

    Pretty much. I did a lot of tweaking to bring out and enhance details in the dirt, grass and sky, but I felt the preset set the mood. The whole region also looks strikingly like parts of the real Sparta - hilltop towns and pepper trees everywhere - so it doubly suited the images
