Will update you on other Irish as I get the results

Great run by Gillick, especially whirling winds can make a 400m quiet tough. His time is going in the right direction..

Excellent result from Whelan and Jason Smyth put in a couple of good performances too. Claire Brady ran well also.

A worrying trifecta of results from Proper though: 12.10, 24.04 and 5.03m in the 100m, 200m and LJ respectively. A little strange seeming she ran sub 12, sub 24 and 6.42m just last Sunday. Maybe just a hiccup; hope there's no injury.

Good to see Michelle Carey back, with 57.35 in teh 400mh and 24.45 in the 200m.
