Picked up this game for 20e and found out that the load outs are fully customizable! Even found that some of the tac vests are available from some retailers here!

R6:V2 has been out for years. The new one is due shortly actually. Still, if it floats your boat, the of version allows you to map your face onto your character via webcam. It's nifty and works surprisingly well.

My character had gorod camo and an AK47 with a kobra

Well, near as makes no difference a kobra, serious firepower in the AK in that game, loved the tactics and room entrys on co-op.

I used to love bursting through windows and nailing tangos with the glock 18c in that game...still, i prefer cod4 any day for pwning teh n00bz...

Same features available in Socom on PS3.
Also the gun customization in MGS4 is awesome can give some serious ideas for loadouts :P
