    Hi folks,

    Would you care to place a value on my very random DVD collection before I flog it? :) I want to sell the lot as one collection, probably on Adverts or eBay.

    Really have no idea as to what I should be looking for.

    All 175 DVD’s are original, region 2, most only watched once or twice and some are part of a boxset.

    Please excuse the genres; no doubt I got it very wrong on quite a few of them. :o

    If you sell them as one lot I think you'd be doing well to get a hundred quid. A lot of those titles can be bought new for under a fiver. So second hand they'd be less. I'd suggest you try one of those shops that take films/cd's/games in exchange for cash. If you had to post 175 dvd's to someone you'll pay as much as you'll make.

    Hard to know buddy,it would be down to individual preference.Some of the ones you have are verrrry common.

    If you are going to advertise on adverts and are willing to sell individually I would be interested in a number of the horror movies.

    Wouldn't be worth your while sellin em, keep em and just enjoy em. You've spent a lot of money over time accumilating em so I think you'd be mad to sell em as you won't get a lot

    Having just looked at some of the recent DVD collections on Adverts tony1kenobi's estimation wouldnt be far off! :rolleyes:

    Unless you sell to someone who never buys dvds you'll be lucky to get anything, a lot of people would already have most of those movies.

    as someone else already said. No point selling em cos ya will get shag all for them. Have around 300 meself. Was debating to sell or not then decided not to because I would only cry at the offers I would get
