We are looking for 4 dublin bands.

    Band Wars are looking for the last 4 bands to complete the line up for this years competition. Although we have already begun the first of the second round heats there are still places left for the final 1st round heats.

    Its free to enter (although we do require a refundable €100 deposit to guarantee that bands show up on the night.)

    The heats contain 3 bands, its €5 entry on the door. As an incentive to all bands - for every person that mentions your bands name on arrival we do a 50/50 split with the fee.

    Venue: Radio City
    Day: Usually Thursdays/ Fridays.

    All the details are on Myspace.

    An independent judge has final say. He has no affiliations with any competing bands and has nothing to gain from the competition.

    The judge is a session musician, teaches drums and guitar, has won world battle of the bands toured the globe and has a recording contract. The merits of the performing bands are simple:

    How well they play their material.
    How good their material is.
