I'd be afraid to order from there, it looks like one of those Chinese bogus sites, No contact details, no business address just seems dodgy

I emailed them last wednesday asking about delivery times and havent received any reply. It looks like the website has been well thought out though as there are references to legitimate Irish legislation on it and as has been said they are registered in Ireland. There just seems to be something about it that has alarm bells going.

Looks to be the same cheap knock-off stuff you get on dealextreme, but at greater prices than dealextreme. I'd imagine they're some sort of drop-ship seller, where the products come direct from China.

Don't go near these jokers. Tried to buy from them two weeks ago, charge hit my credit card immediately but no product delivered. No reply to any e-mail that I've sent them. Avoid at all costs

If the item is coming from China (assuming they're a dropship seller), it may take more than 2 weeks though.

That said, poor show when they can't respond to emails. Probably best avoided

    Hi Kaltz,
Finally arrived on Wednesday. I just found it frustrating that they wouldn't respond to my e-mails.

FWIW, I bought a NDS R4 Revolution Upgrade card from this site; it arrived within 3 days, deduction from card as per advertised price. No problems. Would use again.

My advice don't buy anything from this website. Placed an order at the beginning of Nov & money debited from my account immediately but no delivery yet. Have managed with great difficulty to get through by phone (mobile no on order confirmation by email) on one or two occasions when I have been promised delivery or a return phone call but nothing.... Kicking myself I didn't notice no address/ph number on website...always a no-no. Phone number /address is not searchable on directory enquiries. Planning to alert liveline so other people don't lose their money at this time of the year.

    Dave McElroy owns this domain

Does anyone have a number for him?

I bought off herebefore, with no problems.. then bought some more last week and they are gone AWOL.

Cant get in touch with them..

Hopefully someone out there has a number for them....

This is the number i got through on - 0877953674. It was included on the order confirmation email probably by accident as they definitely didn't like answering the phone. I got through 2 or 3 times out of many many attempts & they never returned calls when I left a message on the answer service. I eventually ended up leaving a message to cancel the order & requested a refund. Heard nothing and then the item was delivered a couple of weeks later. When I plugged into the socket it blew the fuses. I wasn't that surprised funnily enough. Anyhow I eventually got Dave on the phone at the beg of Jan & he sent a refund by cheque & not through Paypal - which is how it had been paid - which I thought strange. The cheque didn't bounce which did surprise me.
    Best of luck

    Hi,

I see you have commented on the affordable.ie website. I have been directed to try and get a replacement screen for my Golf GPS from you guys for my Mars100 but the email and website seem to be failing. Has the company folded and if so have the GPS company been advised since they are still directing people to stephen@affordable.ie as the contact point.

    Steven
